Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. This year, after many years of deliberation, I decided to finally pull the trigger on a golf sim room. Chris and the gang were superb from the very second I made contact. First of all Matt visited our home and very quickly ascertained what we wanted. What I liked is he didn’t skirt around talking budgets. It’s so key to being able to all get on the same page. He went away and delivered on his promise to provide a couple of quotes by that evening. It was refreshing to see he hadn’t completely ignored my budget yet in fact brought me 2 quotes inside it which instantly set us on a good relationship. Then we went off to choose the cabin. Aimee was equally as efficient and knowledgable around what we needed. We also chose which sim to go for and all the interior choices at this time. Both Matt and Aimee guided us accordingly avoiding bamboozling us with too many choices. And from that point it continued to run smoothly and efficiently. From the 2 day build of the cabin to the 2 day fit out of the room. Nothing seemed a problem. Everything achievable. Support is constantly on hand and always quick to respond. Other companies would massively benefit studying GSR’s business model to learn how to provide a top end product with an equally top end service.

Golf Sim Rooms have recently completed a new-build golf simulator room and gym at my property. The project involved the removal of a derelict garage, the construction of a bespoke new building, and close coordination with an external landscaping company working to similar timelines in the surrounding space. Matt, Chris, Josh, and the entire Golf Sim Rooms team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They provided valuable input on the bespoke building design, offered expert advice on the best technology to install for me and also guidance on the room layouts. Furthermore, they maintained excellent communication throughout, and ultimately delivered exactly what they promised. The whole experience has been first-class, and it’s clear why Golf Sim Rooms are considered the best in the industry. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A huge thank you for bringing our vision to life and for being such a pleasure to work with throughout.

I would give Golf Sim Rooms 6 stars if I could. From the moment I first contacted Ben my experience has been nothing short of first class. It is clear they really care about delivering a premium product and a first rate customer experience. In collaboration with LogCabinsForSaleUK they dealt effortlessly with my endless questions, changes to spec and complications with planning and the local wildlife. They are very good at what they do and the end result is everything I could have hoped for. They only use high quality components so you end up with a very professional installation customised however you want. All the fitters we had on site worked extremely hard and took great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had a a simulator room fitted by Golf Sim Rooms and we are over-the-moon with it! Every member who has come into the room is blown away with the quality of our new room. The team were incredibly professional from start to finish, I can't recommend this team strongly enough.

We had a disappointing experience with GSR. After multiple phone calls and time spent discussing our project in detail, we verbally agreed to proceed with a simulator installation for our padel club. This was then confirmed in writing via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we later learned that our agreed fitting slot had been given away without any prior notice. This lack of communication and disregard for the agreement was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It appears the company prioritised a higher-paying customer over an existing agreement, which raises concerns about their commitment to client service and reliability.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the sales' team working with me to create the ideal solution, to the operations' team who fitted the room and equipment, everything was above par (in the good way!). Very easy to deal with this company as they respond immediately, and the product is of the highest quality. Back in November 2024 i had a garden room built for a golf simulator/cinema room install. After looking around online there was far too much to work out, dont have the time and wouldnt have done it properly anyway. I found Golfsimrooms on instagram and my local golf club also recommended them. They had just done a fit out for someone else, so i dropped them an email to see if they would be able to help. I ended up dealing with Ben Pearce, who from start to finish managed the project for me, gave me some insights on what and wouldnt work had all the bits sent to my home for the team to build. Everything was very seamless, done over a few days and they catered to everything i wanted, even after some last minute changes! It came in a little over budget, but you get what you pay for and 4 months later, everything is still as good a new. I ended up having a full kit out with a proteevx launch monitor, custom screen, projector, and a putting surface. I coupled it with Gspro and i have to say it has exceeded my expectations. I have a few friends that have always had the odd round of golf, about a month after i had the sim installed, one of them got a hole in one on Flowering Crab Apple (Hole 4) @ Augusta. He has since got the bug and bought himself an entire set of new clubs 😂

Absolutely outrageously good, in fact way better than that!! From the initial call, thru to delivery & install dates and completion the GSR Team are fantastic. We had a garden cabin built, and a full fit out which looks insanely good. The entire process is seamless, and the guys make it very easy. Shout out to Matt & Ben who answered every call (& daft question I had) within minutes regardless of time or day. The fit out teams (cabin & sim) where exceptional too, first class workmanship, knowledge and expertise. And of course Chris - 100% Legend! If you are considering a golf sim you should not look any further than GSR. These guys are the absolute best!

GSR installed a SIM in an existing building that required a great deal of planning and ingenuity to create. The outcome was exceptional. The team were all eager to make everything perfect and we’re all great guys to deal with. GSR are undoubtedly the premier company in this specialist market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
